Returns + Exchanges

We are committed to your satisfaction and the happiness of your pets. Our products are backed by our dedication to providing exceptional care and service.

What is your return policy?

Our ultimate goal is to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may initiate a return or exchange, or contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will do our best to assist you and make sure you have a positive experience.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email customerservice@thepussypod.com.

Your order number is needed for our team to start your return or exchange process. Completing the process will provide you with a pre-paid return label. If you need to make an exchange, please note that we only accept one exchange per product purchased. Exchanges can only be made for the same product in a different color, based on availability. We handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis.

 Do I need a receipt from my purchase?

Your receipt or order number helps us locate your purchase the fastest. If you need a receipt, we may ask for more information to verify the purchase and better assist with your request.

 Do you take everything back?

We do our best to accommodate most returns, but in some cases, we cannot accept a return.

 Is there a time limit? 

Please initiate a return or contact us within 14 days of purchase to make an exchange or return. After receiving a shipping label, the product must be shipped within 14 days of initial purchase. 

 What if the item is used?

We will do our best to care for and treat you fairly. We ask that our customers treat us fairly as well. From time to time, we may not accept a return.

 

 When will I get my refund?

If you ordered using a credit card, we will credit your account with the eligible amount within 14 business days. The credit should appear on your following statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.

 Can I return a product marked “final sale” for a refund?

Unfortunately, items marked as final sales are not eligible for returns. Please check the product description carefully before purchasing.
